We’re proud to be contributing to ZIBI 204A, a landmark residential high-rise within the award-winning Zibi community, located along the Ottawa River in the historic Chaudière district between Ottawa and Gatineau.
This unique waterfront development sits steps from the iconic Chaudière Falls and continues the transformation of one of the National Capital Region’s most significant urban destinations. Our scope includes the complete concrete formwork and structural concrete works for this 23-storey residential tower, comprising over 534,000 sq. ft. of formwork, nearly 12,000 m³ of concrete, and more than 335,000 sq. ft. of concrete finishing.
